Absorption Report April 19, 2025 for South Jordan, Riverton and Herriman. $500k-$650k.
There was an increase in the inventory from March going from 86 homes to 121 homes. Also an increase of how many are selling per month if priced correctly. The absorption went from 26 selling per month to 36. Currently it will take about 5 months to absorb the inventory which was the same in March.

There was an increase in the inventory from March going from 150 homes to 188 homes. Also an increase of how many are selling per month if priced correctly. The absorption went from 36 selling per month to 51. Currently it will take about 5 months to absorb the inventory which is 1 month less than what was report

There was an increase in the inventory from March going from 88 homes to 117 homes. Also, an increase of how many is selling per month if priced correctly. The absorption went from 11 selling per month to 23. Currently it will take about 7 months to absorb the inventory which is 4 month less than what was report
